Martin Complex Tour and Chair & Mat Yoga with Mari + Tea

Please join us for a tour of the recently renovated Barton House and Gardener’s Cottage on Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House Complex.  The Barton House was built for Darwin Martin’s sister Delta and her husband George Barton.  The house, renovated just last year, reflects the warm color palette and design features of the Martin House.

The Martins possessed  a deep love of nature.  So much so that they had a cottage built for their gardener.  The Cottage is a historic Wright house updated for modern living. It is a favorite among visitors!  Currently the extensive landscape is being planted just as Mr. Wright directed. Be among the first to view these historic gardens.

This tour is not wheelchair accessible and does involve walking, standing and moderate stair climbing.

The tour is a perfect prelude to Mari’s uplifting Chair & Mat Yoga class held in the airy Wilson Greatbatch Pavilion.
