give your spirit a dose of vitamins & invest in your spirit!  classes are taught with the intention to help students with mind-body awareness, concentration, strength, proper alignment and stress relief in an inclusive setting.  sessions include centering, breath work, warm-ups, postures, meditation & relaxation.  we also offer private, semi-private & group yoga sessions for adults and youth more information
