we customize yoga experiences for groups such as siblings, classmates, friends, siblings, mothers & daughters. sessions are imbued with music and include centering, breath work, warm-ups, postures, meditation & relaxation. reboot, recharge & unwind in your setting*!

private youth mentoring with mari
this 6 week program is designed specifically for a one-on-one connection with youths ages 6-17 to help maneuver through life and its stressors through fun, yoga-inspired sessions. it is customized with youths' specific goals & needs in mind:

Mari and her one on one sessions with my daughter were incredibly helpful in so many ways. Jane learned some valuable ways to cope with the stresses of becoming a young adult and pressures of school/friends. She now has tools to deal with anxiety in a productive way, instead of turning to her computer, TV or phone. Mari worked with Jane to develop healthy habits and focus on the importance of mindful breathing to promote relaxation. Yoga practice became part of a routine that they established together. Jane looked forward to her time with Mari as a much needed break from her busy schedule. As a Mom, I am so grateful to have found a positive and grounding influence/role model like Mari. I attended Mari’s adult/child yoga class last Spring ... with my daughters and loved it! Like most modern families we are constantly on the go, so I looked forward to our weekly session where we could just breathe---literally!! I had little to no yoga experience prior to the class, but through Mari’s skillful teaching was able to quickly learn the basic poses and left each class with my body and mind feeling relaxed, peaceful, and happy (not to mention the great core workout)!
